Dakota Antelman is a 19-year-old journalist based in the Metro West area. He covers music, arts and entertainment, social issues, sports, and general news but has focused particularly on local government, drug addiction and mental illness, and, more recently, music in his work. Dakota works in a wide array of mediums including video, social media, and written work. While in high school, Dakota for his school's student newspaper (The Big Red), and the Community Advocate, while also working as an intern for HudTV. Since graduating, Dakota has continued his work with the Community Advocate and has been promoted to the role of Cable Access Producer for HudTV. He has also taken on a role with the Lowell Spin reviewing new content from local musical acts. He is passionate about pairing multimedia with strong writing to appeal to online audiences and is eager to pursue a career in journalism.
